Janice and Bill Clark founded KICKO
(Knoxville Inner City Kids Outreach, Inc.) in 1995 as a 501(c)3 non-profit
ministry with a singular purpose-to take the life changing message of
Jesus Christ (the Gospel) to the children living in Knoxville's low income
public housing units.
Janice graduated from Johnson Bible College with
a major in missions and Bible. She did a summer internship with Metro
Ministries International where she was trained to do inner city children's
ministry in Harlem and Brooklyn, NY.
Bill and Janice have been married for 39 years and are the parents of 4
children (all of whom have helped with KICKO).
They happily have 6.5 grandchildren.
Their goal is to "change the inner city one child at a time."
Alisha Ballenger has been on staff with Knoxville
Inner City Kids Outreach since 2003. She leads a team of Sidewalk Sunday
School programs in four different locations. She also assists with the
junior staff program including the Transformed dance team.
She graduated from World Harvest Bible College,
YWAM’s Discipleship Training School and has a BS from Lee University
in Christian Education.
Alisha is happily married to her husband Steve.
Their desire is to impact the culture with the love of Jesus.
